Boulders
Boulders can be naturally occurring or blasted from a rock quarry. They are used for walls and focal accents in the landscape, for waterfalls, around swimming pools and ponds. We have a good selection of boulders in a variety of colors. They range in size from 6 to 8 inches in diameter weighing 30 pounds all the way up to 4 by 4 feet weighing 4000 pounds. The smaller boulders are in wire baskets, and the larger boulders are loose (not basketed.). Many of the large boulders require crane placement.
ARIZONA SANDSTONE BOULDERS
Arizona Sandstone is very popular and has vast color varieties. It is a medium hardness stone, and is very porous. We stock Buckskin and Rosa boulders.
AUTUMN SHADE
Autumn Shade is basalt stone that is earth colored, mostly brown with hues of gray.
SYDNEY PEAK
Sydney Peak is charcoal gray colored stone with gold and brown highlights. The boulders are available in large or small pieces.
DAKOTA BROWN
Dakota Brown is a reddish brown boulder often used in landscape applications.
DESERT VARNISH
Desert Varnish is a weathered brown and gold sandstone with lichen and moss growth.

MARBLE STONE
Marble stone boulders have pink, gray, and white hues and are available in a small size only.
MOSS ROCK
Moss Rock is California field stone. It is surface rock that is brown in color and has lichens and moss.
PETRIFIED WOOD
Petrified Wood is tree trunks, limbs and branches that have been naturally transformed into stone.
PURPLE JASPER
Purple Jasper is mini boulder jasper that is purple, lilac, and pink with blue gray tones.
RAINBOW
Rainbow is a rhyolite boulder resembling multicolored sandstone with streaks of yellow, purple, white and pink.
ROSE QUARTZITE
Rose Quartzite is translucent pink boulders of quartzite.
LOMPOC BOULDER
Lompoc Boulder Ornamental are boulders and are creamy tan with some gold and gray highlights.
SCULPTURE STONE
Sculpture Stone is large flat lava that is frequently used for waterfalls and landscape accents.

Siskiyou boulders are golden beige with thin brown banding.
TREE BOULDERS
Tree Boulders are naturally occurring boulders which resemble split tree trunks. Tree Boulders are often used for shallow planting, water features, or in a landscape.
TUFA
Tufa is calcium carbonate formed by hot springs. Tufa Boulders are mostly cream, white and tan with some brown coloring.
WATER OUTCROPPING SURFACE
Water Outcropping Surface are big slabs of dark brown stone that may be used for benches, very large waterfall spillways, or beside a pond.
WATERWASH GRAY
Waterwash Gray is a gray rock smoothed and rounded by water.
ZEBRA
Zebra is black granite swirled with bands of white marble.
